Article 41　When CHMIA has fulfilled its purpose, or dissolved by itself, or cancelled its registration because of division or merger, the Executive Council should move to terminate it.

Article 42　The termination move shall be approved by the Representative Conference of the Members and submitted to MOFTEC for examination and approval.

Article 43　Before the termination of CHMIA, a liquidation committee shall be established under the guidance of MOFTEC to deal with financial claims and obligations and to cope with what comes after the termination. During the liquidation period, CHMIA shall not carry out any other activities.

Article 44 　CHMIA shall terminate upon registration of cancellation procedures with the Ministry of Civil Affairs.

Article 45 The remaining property after the termination of CHMIA shall be used to develop businesses related to the purpose of CHMIA according to the relevant regulations of the State under the supervision of MOFTEC and Ministry of Civil Affairs.
